Here at City Hall, we continuously strive to improve our capabilities, our responsiveness, and the courtesy we show to both our customers and to each other. We hope you find a friendly face when you call or come in to see us. We believe in the goal of service excellence; above all else, we recognize that we are responsible to the community for the dollars we spend and the quality of the services we deliver. Our staff takes your water payments, sets up new accounts, assists you with recreational activities, channels your calls to the various department heads, fields questions of all kinds, and listens to your concerns. Don't hesitate to give us a call with whatever you're needing. If we are unable to help, we will find someone who can! We are a public business; our success depends on our productivity and our ability to provide services of genuine value that generate customer satisfaction.

Denise started with the City of Concordia in July of 2021. She has an Associates Degree from Eastern Arizona College, as well as many years of Customer Service and Management experience. Here at the City, Denise is responsible for customer service. She also answers and directs incoming phone calls, assists with nuisances and court payments and serves as the Secretary for the Airport Advisory Board.
