DENISE BAILEY, CUSTOMER SERVICE
Denise started with the City of Concordia in July of 2021. She has an Associates Degree from Eastern Arizona College, as well as many years of Customer Service and Management experience. Here at the City, Denise is responsible for customer service. She also answers and directs incoming phone calls, assists with nuisances and court payments and serves as the Secretary for the Airport Advisory Board.
